I use the tilt adjustment lens shift on my map of the Crown. If you are the best real, I took up with a goal of $ 300. Post-treatment change in the slope "effect" can to some degree in Photoshop, but not the true appearance, odor, or benefits of a true change in the inclination of the lens. In addition to these options, it is rather stuck with Nikon heel, changes that cost about $ 1800 last I checked. You may be lucky, however, and with a score of used PC-Nikkor 28mm. But still, you're looking at about $ 500 minimum.
TS I have a genuine Nikon lenses. They do not work on the D40.
But you do not have to. Only the "right" in Photoshop (or other editing software).
It is cheaper and the same effect.

PS The adapter lens moves forward. This means that you do not, the lens can focus to infinity.
